YOGA FTW !! OMMMMMMM~~

YOGAAAAAAAA !!!!!
this is our shag faces after yoga ~
IVE NV EVER SWEAT SO MUCH IN MY LIFE B4 PLEASE ~
my whole tank top is soaked with my stinky sweat

we were like dripping sweats for 90mins straight
in a 40 degree heated room
shiok or not ?

actually we all have the thought of giving up halfway
cos the heat is too unbearable
and our blood are not chionging up to our head fast enough
its super giddy
and i nearly pass out ~ T.T

BUT OUR DETERMINATION JUST OWNED YOGA

i think so ?

WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOIN BACK ~
i want my figure to be as nice as the instructor please !
and i feel healthy !! =D
